Multi-Clinic Booking Platform
A scheduling and records system for a group running several clinics on incompatible calendars.

We build the internal software a business actually runs on — the CRM, the dashboard, the booking engine, the approval workflow. Scoped around the process first, then engineered.
A defined list, agreed before work starts. Anything outside it is quoted separately rather than absorbed quietly.

How we work on this
Seven steps, each with something you actually receive at the end of it. No stage ends with a verbal update.
We learn the business goal, the people who will use the thing, and the constraints nobody mentions in the brief.
You receive: Requirements document
Architecture, scope, technology and sequencing — decided in writing before anyone opens an editor.
You receive: Scope and roadmap
User flows, wireframes and high-fidelity UI, tested as a prototype while changes are still cheap.
You receive: Design system and prototype
Development in reviewable increments, on a staging environment you can open at any point.
You receive: Working staging build
Functionality, responsiveness, accessibility, security and performance — checked against a written list, not a feeling.
You receive: QA report
Deployment, DNS, analytics, search setup and monitoring, followed by a handover session with your team.
You receive: Live product and handover
Maintenance, optimisation, SEO, automation and the next set of features, planned in cycles.
You receive: Ongoing roadmap
If yours is not here, ask it directly — we answer scoping questions before there is a project.
Our fixed website packages start at $650 for a five-page business site and $1,900 for a larger CMS-driven build. Anything with custom functionality — dashboards, authentication, integrations — is quoted after scoping, typically from $4,500. The pricing page lists what each package includes.
A starter website is usually two to three weeks. A larger business site is four to six. Custom software, SaaS platforms and mobile apps depend entirely on scope, so we give a dated schedule at the end of discovery rather than a guess at the start.
Yes. CRMs, ERPs, booking and inventory systems, dashboards, internal tools and APIs. We map the process with your team first and build around how the work actually happens, not how a generic product assumes it does.
Yes — end to end. Architecture, multi-tenancy, authentication, subscription billing, user and admin dashboards, APIs, cloud deployment and scaling. We decide the tenancy and billing model early, while those choices are still inexpensive to change.
Yes. Voice, chat and WhatsApp agents that qualify leads, answer customers, update your CRM and book meetings — with logging, escalation rules and a human handoff path. We also build back-office automation where no conversation is involved at all.
Often that is the better option. We audit what is working, keep the pages that already rank, and rebuild the rest. Redesigns that ignore existing search performance are how sites lose traffic on launch day.
