Sample case study. The structure, depth and technical detail match a real InnovativeVibe write-up, but this is not a published client project and no results are claimed.

Challenge
The problem
Dispatchers tracked loads across tools that never agreed. Answering a customer question about where a shipment was took three lookups and a phone call.
Solution
What we built
- Consolidated load, driver and vehicle state into a single record with a clear source of truth.
- Built a dispatch board that updates live, so two dispatchers never assign the same driver.
- Automated the status emails customers used to phone in for.
- Added exception alerts for late departures rather than requiring anyone to watch the board.
Design
Interface and experience
Information density over decoration. The board is legible from across the room, with status carried by shape and position as well as colour.

Development
Technology and architecture
Server-rendered Next.js with a live subscription layer for board updates, PostgreSQL for the operational core, and a documented API for the customer portal.
