When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, phone number, company, service, budget range and project description you provide.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used for security and diagnostics.
2. How we use it
Enquiry details are used solely to respond to your message, prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, deliver the work.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers required to operate this site and communicate with you.
3. Analytics and cookies
This site does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled, they are configured to avoid collecting personally identifying information wherever the provider allows it.
4. Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to meet accounting or legal obligations, then deleted.
5. Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR or similar legislation.
