About

We Turn Ideas Into Digital Products.

InnovativeVibe is a multidisciplinary digital agency: design, engineering, AI, automation and marketing working as one team rather than four suppliers coordinating over email.

What we do

Idea, design, build, launch, grow, automate.

Most businesses do not have a website problem, a software problem or a marketing problem. They have one problem that shows up in all three places — and hiring three specialists to solve it separately is how the seams appear.

We are set up the other way round. A single team scopes the business goal, designs the experience, engineers the system, ships it and then works on the traffic and automation that make it earn its keep. The brand, the product and the operations behave like one thing because they were built as one thing.

That covers websites and e-commerce, custom business software, SaaS platforms, mobile apps, AI agents and automation, brand and interface design, video, and the SEO and conversion work that follows a launch.

How we operate

Four rules we do not bend.

Agencies mostly fail on process, not talent. These are the parts of ours that are non-negotiable.

01

Scope before code

Every engagement starts with a written scope. It is the cheapest place to disagree, and the only way an estimate means anything.

02

One thread of accountability

Design, build and growth sit in the same team. Nobody gets to blame the other vendor, because there isn't one.

03

Handover, not hostage

Code, design files, domains and cloud accounts are yours. We keep clients because the work is good, not because leaving is painful.

04

Measured, then reported

Performance, accessibility and search are checked against a list before launch, and the results are shared whether or not they flatter us.

Build

The product itself — web, software, SaaS and mobile.

  • Website Development
  • Software Development
  • SaaS Development
  • Mobile App Development

Create

Everything a customer sees, from identity to interface.

  • Graphic Design
  • Brand Identity
  • UI/UX
  • Video Editing
  • 2D/3D Design
  • Marketing Materials

Grow

Visibility, traffic and the conversion of both.

  • SEO
  • Digital Marketing
  • Conversion Optimisation

Automate

Systems that keep working after everyone goes home.

  • AI Agents
  • AI Automation
  • Custom AI Solutions
  • Business Process Automation
Digital ecosystem

One digital partner. Multiple capabilities.

The website, the software, the brand and the automation are one system. Building them together is what makes them behave like one.

Why us

Why Businesses Choose InnovativeVibe

Six reasons clients give when we ask them why they stayed after the first project.

One Team

Design, development, AI and growth under one roof — so nothing gets lost between three vendors blaming each other.

Custom, Not Cookie-Cutter

Every project is designed around your requirements. We do not reskin the last one and change the logo.

Business First

Technology is chosen for the problem in front of it. The interesting stack is not automatically the right one.

Modern Technology

Current frameworks, scalable architecture and production-ready systems — not whatever was popular five years ago.

Design + Engineering

Interfaces that look considered, backed by engineering that holds up under load and audit.

Built to Grow

Documented, tested and structured so the next feature is an addition rather than a rewrite.

Process

From Idea to Launch

Seven steps, each with something you actually receive at the end of it. No stage ends with a verbal update.

  1. 01

    Discover

We learn the business goal, the people who will use the thing, and the constraints nobody mentions in the brief.

    You receive: Requirements document

  2. 02

    Strategy

Architecture, scope, technology and sequencing — decided in writing before anyone opens an editor.

    You receive: Scope and roadmap

  3. 03

    Design

User flows, wireframes and high-fidelity UI, tested as a prototype while changes are still cheap.

You receive: Design system and prototype

  4. 04

    Build

Development in reviewable increments, on a staging environment you can open at any point.

    You receive: Working staging build

  5. 05

    Test

Functionality, responsiveness, accessibility, security and performance — checked against a written list, not a feeling.

    You receive: QA report

  6. 06

    Launch

Deployment, DNS, analytics, search setup and monitoring, followed by a handover session with your team.

You receive: Live product and handover

  7. 07

    Grow

Maintenance, optimisation, SEO, automation and the next set of features, planned in cycles.

    You receive: Ongoing roadmap

Testimonials

What clients say.

This section is live but empty on purpose. We will not publish invented client quotes — real testimonials appear here once clients have approved them in writing.

Replace this with the client's own words about the project — what the problem was and what changed after launch.

FAQ

Questions we get asked first.

If yours is not here, ask it directly — we answer scoping questions before there is a project.

Ask a question

Our fixed website packages start at $650 for a five-page business site and $1,900 for a larger CMS-driven build. Anything with custom functionality — dashboards, authentication, integrations — is quoted after scoping, typically from $4,500. The pricing page lists what each package includes.

A starter website is usually two to three weeks. A larger business site is four to six. Custom software, SaaS platforms and mobile apps depend entirely on scope, so we give a dated schedule at the end of discovery rather than a guess at the start.

Yes. CRMs, ERPs, booking and inventory systems, dashboards, internal tools and APIs. We map the process with your team first and build around how the work actually happens, not how a generic product assumes it does.

Yes — end to end. Architecture, multi-tenancy, authentication, subscription billing, user and admin dashboards, APIs, cloud deployment and scaling. We decide the tenancy and billing model early, while those choices are still inexpensive to change.

Yes. Voice, chat and WhatsApp agents that qualify leads, answer customers, update your CRM and book meetings — with logging, escalation rules and a human handoff path. We also build back-office automation where no conversation is involved at all.

Often that is the better option. We audit what is working, keep the pages that already rank, and rebuild the rest. Redesigns that ignore existing search performance are how sites lose traffic on launch day.

Yes. Every build ships with technical SEO, structured data and analytics in place. Ongoing campaigns — content, links and conversion work — run as a monthly engagement with a three-month minimum.

Yes. Websites include a post-launch support window, and we offer ongoing maintenance covering updates, security patches, backups, monitoring and a monthly allowance of changes.

We work remotely with clients in several time zones. Communication happens over your preferred channel, with a scheduled weekly call and a written summary after every one, so nothing depends on catching someone live.

Yes. You own the code, the repositories, the design source files and the infrastructure accounts. Full handover is part of every project, not an upsell.

Yes — payment providers, shipping, accounting, messaging, mapping, analytics and any documented third-party service. We also build and document APIs of your own so future systems can connect to what we deliver.

Yes. We connect websites, apps and AI agents to the CRM you already use, or build one where an off-the-shelf tool does not fit. Records, transcripts and next actions are written automatically rather than typed up afterwards.

Yes. The listed packages cover common shapes of work; plenty of projects sit between them or across several services. Tell us what you are trying to build and we will scope it as one engagement.
