Sample case study. The structure, depth and technical detail match a real InnovativeVibe write-up, but this is not a published client project and no results are claimed.

Challenge
The problem
The founders had a validated idea and a spreadsheet prototype. What they did not have was a tenancy model, a billing system, or an answer for what happens when the tenth customer arrives with ten times the data.
Solution
What we built
- Chose a tenancy model and a data partitioning strategy in week one, while both were still cheap to change.
- Built authentication, team invitations and role permissions as product features rather than an afterthought.
- Integrated subscription billing with trials, plan changes and dunning handled end to end.
- Shipped an internal admin console so the founders can support customers without a developer.
Design
Interface and experience
A restrained dashboard system: one accent colour, generous spacing, and charts that answer a specific question instead of decorating the page. The design system ships as documented components.

Development
Technology and architecture
Next.js App Router with server components for the data-heavy views, a Node worker tier for ingestion, and PostgreSQL with per-tenant row-level security. Deployed on Vercel with infrastructure as code.
