Sample case study. The structure, depth and technical detail match a real InnovativeVibe write-up, but this is not a published client project and no results are claimed.

Challenge
The problem
Two thirds of orders came through aggregators that took a cut, owned the customer relationship and gave the kitchen no useful data. Direct ordering meant a phone line and a notepad.
Solution
What we built
- Shipped one React Native codebase to both stores rather than funding two native builds.
- Built a kitchen display that groups orders by pickup time instead of by arrival.
- Added loyalty that rewards the second and third visit, where retention is actually won.
- Kept the ordering flow to four taps for a returning customer.
Design
Interface and experience
Menu photography at full width, a persistent basket, and prices that never shift after checkout begins. Designed for one-handed use while walking.
