Sample case study. The structure, depth and technical detail match a real InnovativeVibe write-up, but this is not a published client project and no results are claimed.

Challenge
The problem
Traffic was healthy and the basket abandonment rate was not. Product pages listed ingredients but never answered the two questions every reviewer asked: is this for my skin, and how long until I see anything.
Solution
What we built
- Restructured product pages around suitability and expected timeline, with ingredients supporting rather than leading.
- Added a short routine builder that recommends a set instead of a single product.
- Cut checkout to one page with express payment options.
- Rebuilt the theme for speed on mobile, where most of the traffic was arriving.
Design
Interface and experience
Editorial product photography, generous whitespace, and a type scale that keeps ingredient detail readable without shouting. Packaging and site share one palette.
