Sample case study. The structure, depth and technical detail match a real InnovativeVibe write-up, but this is not a published client project and no results are claimed.

Challenge
The problem
The roastery had a logo and nothing else. Every new bag design started from scratch, wholesale customers received inconsistent assets, and the two café sites looked like different companies.
Solution
What we built
- Built a flexible identity system: one mark, a defined type scale, and an origin-coded colour set that scales to new roasts.
- Designed packaging as a template the roastery fills in, not a bespoke job each time.
- Produced a wholesale asset kit so partners represent the brand correctly.
- Wrote brand guidelines short enough that people actually read them.
Design

A confident wordmark, an origin colour system carried by a single band, and photography direction that works under café lighting.
